OUR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY SERVICE

Our accredited Exercise Physiologist, Nick Laverty, is here to assess, design, monitor and evaluate safe and effective exercise and lifestyle interventions for your needs.

He is here to help you achieve your goals whether they are for health, rehabilitation, sport performance or lifestyle changes. The initial assessment will help determine your health status and exercise/physical activity history. This will allow Nick to develop your health and performance goals.

He will also discuss and develop a plan to help you achieve these goals. Your A.E.P. will give you detailed instructions on how to complete the specifically designed exercise program for your needs. This will include the discussion on the role of the exercise and how to achieve good technique.

Ongoing assessment of your program will help monitor and assess your progress in achieving the established goals. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and exercise freely for your appointment.
